Turn off every fixture and read your water meter. Check it again two hours later. If the number moved, water is leaking somewhere, and we can locate it.
Keep grease, hair and food scraps out of the drain. Use a strainer in the kitchen sink and the shower. Never pour cooking oil down a drain, because it hardens in the pipe.
